Blooper!

Kevin captured this Beckett blooper yesterday. Our little guy is crawling (commando-style) all over the place and he's is reaching out and grabbing everything he can get his hands onto. As you can see, he already shares a love with his Daddy - books. Rest assured, Beckett wasn't hurt and no tears were shed - it looks a lot worse on camera than it did in real life.

Beckett got a kick out of Daddy making funny noises with his bat today! What a blessing to get to hear this laugh a lot!

Easter Celebrations in Bassett

We spent Easter in Bassett with the Rogers Family. It was great to be with them! Here is a picture of Beckett and his Aunt Mandy.

It's Been A While

Over a month has passed since our last post (sorry for the delay!), so we wanted to update you on how Beckett is doing. He is rolling all over the place now and is getting up on his knees, but hasn't started crawling just yet. He's growing like a weed, and weighs over 21 pounds. He seems to become more interactive all of the time. Here is a video from our new video camera (yay!). Just recently, Beckett learned how to kick the rainforest music toy in his crib on and off. Here is a video of him in action.

Our Winter Wonderland in March

It started snowing last night and we woke up this morning with about 7-8 inches of snow on the ground!! After we looked out and admired the beauty of it, we decided to go out and have some fun in it. Beckett didn't seem to be thrilled with the snow - but he sure made a cute angel. :)

As of today, Beckett has officially discovered that he can suck on his toes! He likes it so much that he sounds like he is sucking on a chicken bone.

Cousin Meg!!!!! She correctly identified the first favorite food as butternut squash, rather than sweet potatoes. Trying sweet potatoes this week, though, we must say that they are pretty much indistinguishable. So don't feel bad, other contestants. Since we are in a generous mood, everyone can try some pureed food when they come to visit!!!!
