Laughing!

We were caught off guard by his first laugh, but we caught his second one tonight. His first one was actually for Mr. Salmon (we had a few folks from church come over for dinner). We were really surprised, because the little fellow has not been too hip on strangers - but he was cackling! You'll hear what it was like on the video. (I'm working on getting a better picture, so overlook the fuzziness.)

Even though modesty doesn't permit us to say it...

...this picture was too cute not to post. He's one happy little fellow in his bath!

Almost

We almost caught the little fellow's first roll from back to stomach on film. The reason we didn't - he didn't quite make it. :) The video is pretty good, though, and you can hear him "talking". Just this past week, it seems that he has started going beyond coos and cries to intentionally making sounds. It is amazing to think about how this is one of the very first steps for him in expressing who he is, the unique person that the Lord created him to be.
